What does it cost with me?

Most providers answer this with 'it depends'. True, but not useful. So here are the ranges my projects actually land in, and below that, what moves the price up or down.

Projects

One-pager or landing page

Included: One page, one goal, one form. Copy from your input, mobile-optimised, tracking in place.

A fit for: a single campaign, one offer, or a fast first presence.

€1,500 – 2,500

Company website

Included: Five to ten pages, services, references, contact flow. Technical SEO groundwork and local visibility included.

A fit for: trades, practices and small service businesses. The standard case.

€3,000 – 6,000

Website with brand identity

Included: Positioning, logo, colours and typography, plus the full website. Built so it looks the same on an invoice, a van and a screen.

A fit for: businesses whose look has grown organically and no longer matches them.

€6,000 – 12,000

App prototype

Included: A clickable prototype in one to two weeks, good enough for user tests and internal decisions.

A fit for: the stage before a larger budget goes into a product nobody has used yet.

€3,000 – 6,000

App or SaaS product

Included: A finished product with data, authentication and billing. Scope and price are set after the prototype.

A fit for: products whose prototype convinced and that need to run permanently.

from €12,000

Ongoing support

Ads management

from €500 / month

Plus the ad budget itself, which goes straight to Meta or Google. Below roughly €300 a month there is too little data to learn anything.

SEO retainer

from €500 / month

Ongoing content, technical upkeep and reporting. Meaningful results show after three to six months.

What moves the price

Number of pages
Every extra page needs copy, images and a structure of its own. Ten service pages are more work than one.
Who writes the copy
The single biggest lever. If you supply the content it gets cheaper and faster. If I write it, it costs more.
Imagery
Existing photos cost nothing. A shoot on site is its own line item, but often changes more than any design detail.
Integrations
A contact form is standard. Inventory systems, booking tools or payment providers are projects within the project.
Multiple languages
A second language does not double the price, but it does double every text, every update and every later change.

These figures aren't a menu, they're the range my projects land in. What your project costs, I'll tell you as a fixed price after the first call. If your budget doesn't match, I'll say so there and not in invoice number three.

Common questions about price

Why ranges instead of fixed prices?
Because scope drives the price and I don't know your scope before we talk. After the first call you get a fixed price I stick to. The ranges here tell you beforehand whether we're thinking in the same order of magnitude.
What's included in the fixed price, and what isn't?
Included: concept, design, build, analytics setup and launch. Not included: running costs that aren't mine to charge, such as domain, hosting, font or image licences and ad spend. I list those separately in the quote so you can see what stays monthly.
What does it cost to maintain the site later?
Nothing, if you don't want to change anything. The sites are built statically and have no system that needs patching. Changes are billed by effort, ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer. No contract required.
How does payment work?
Usually half on order confirmation and half at launch. Larger projects are split into three steps. Invoices are due within 14 days.
What if my budget isn't enough?
Then I'll say so in the first conversation, not in invoice number three. Often a project can be scoped down sensibly, for instance a landing page instead of a full site. If that doesn't work either, I'll tell you that too.
